| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá přizpůsobením produktu specifické cílové skupině v dopravní firmě. Produktem je v tomto případě myšlena doprava a specifickou cílovou skupinu představují děti. Byl proveden primární výzkum, který zjistil panující nedostatky v nabízených službách pro rodiče s dětmi, a dále došlo k jejich vyhodnocení. Marketingový výzkum byl proveden pomocí online dotazníků, na který zodpovědělo 185 respondentů. Závěr práce představuje návrhy opatření, kdy některé z nich byly firmou přímo zrealizovány. Konkrétně byl rozpracován návrh dětského časopisu a informačního letáčku do kapsy sedadla. V neposlední řadě byl zpracován marketingový mix společnosti a dále byly porovnány služby pro děti a rodiče u konkurence. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the adaptation of the product to the specific target group in the transport company. In this case, transport is meant to be the product and children are the specific target group. The primary research was conducted to find out flaws in the services offered to parents with children. Then they were evaluated. Marketing research was conducted via an online questionnaire, which was answered by 185 respondents. In conclusion some measures are suggested and some of them have been directly implemented by the company - for example the children´s magazine and the information leaflet which should be located in the seat pocket. The thesis also contains the marketing mix of the company and comparison of services for children and parents in the rival companies. |
