| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou projektu rozšíření výrobního závodu z pohledu investičních pobídek. Jejím hlavním cílem je zhodnotit vhodné investiční pobídky pro současný investiční projekt společnosti EvoBus Česká republika s.r.o. a připravit podklady a dokumenty pro získání investiční pobídky. První část teoretické práce je zaměřena na samotné investiční pobídky, jejich právní zakotvení, investiční pobídky jako formu podpory, jejich negativa a pozitiva, postup jejich poskytování, kontroly a vývoje do současnosti. Druhá část je zaměřena na investice a investiční projekt, kde je obojí popsáno a uvedeny klasifikace a zdroje financování investičních projektů. V další kapitole je již popsána samotná společnost EvoBus Česká republika s.r.o., kde jsou také zhodnoceny finanční ukazatele, popsána její historie a dva předchozí projekty. Poté je představen současný projekt Erweiterung s popisem technologických postupů a analýzou jednotlivých pobídek a vytvoření doporučení. Poslední kapitola se týká vytvořených dokumentů a podkladů pro získání investiční pobídky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the production plant extension from the viewpoint of investment incentives. The main goal is to evaluate suitable investment incentives for the current project of EvoBus Česká republika s.r.o. company and prepare documents for obtaining investment incentives. The first section of theoretical part is focused solely on investment incentives, their law, incentives as from of subsidy, their negatives and positives, the process of supplying, auditing and development from past till nowadays. Second section is focused on investments and investment projects, there is description of both and adducted classification and forms of financing of investment project. In practical part is described Evobus Česká republika s.r.o. company, there are evaluated financial indicators, described its history and two preceding projects. Afterwards the current project Erweiterung is introduced with description of technological processes, as well as analysis of each investment incentive and together with recommendation of the most suitable incentives. Last part is introduces created documents for obtaining the investment incentive. |
