| Abstract: | Práce se snaží zhodnotit efektivitu režimu nešíření jaderných zbraní. Pro tento účel ho definuje a určuje, které smlouvy jsou jeho součástí. Poté analyzuje části režimu a snaží se zhodnotit efektivitu některých smluv. Ve druhé části práce je ukázano na třech případových studiích, jak režim pracuje. Jsou to případové studie Severní Koreje, Íránu a Jihoafrické republiky. V těchto případových studiích je zobrazen vývoj jaderného programu těchto zemí od počátků až do současné situace. Poté je analyzován přístup a postavení režimu v těchto případech. Poslední část je souhrn všech předchozích informací a zhodnocení režimu jako celku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis aims to evaluate the efficiency of the nuclear non-proliferation regime. For this purpose it defines the regime and determines which treaties are part of the regime. Then it analyzes these parts of the regime and tries to assess the efficiency of some of the treaties. In the second part of the work there is shown how the regime works on three case studies. They are case studies of North Korea, Iran and South Africa. The development of the nuclear programme of these countries is displayed in these case studies from the beginnings until present situation, and the attitude and position of the regime are analyzed. The final part is a summarization of the preceding information and evaluation of the regime as a whole. |
