| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling nákladů ve společnosti Plzeňská energetika a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývá pojmem controllingu a jeho úlohami, definuje náklady a jejich jednotlivé druhy. Jako prostředek řízení nákladů jsou zvoleny nákladové kalkulace. V praktické části práce je společnost popsána, je provedena SWOT analýza a na základě poznatků získaných z teoretické části jsou analyzovány controllingové aktivity. V závěru je provedeno vyhodnocení controllingu společnosti a jsou prezentovány návrhy možných zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is aimed at controlling the costs in the company Plzeňská energetika a.s. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the concept of controlling and its tasks, and defines costs and their individual types. As a means of cost control, cost calculations have been selected. In the practical part of the thesis, the company has been described, a SWOT analysis has been conducted, and based on the findings obtained from the theoretical part, controlling activities have been analyzed. In conclusion, an evaluation of the company controlling has been performed, and suggestions for possible improvements have been presented. |
