| Abstract: | Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na příspěvkové organizace zřizované vyšším územně samosprávným celkem a to jak z pohledu řídící vazby zřizovatel - zřizovaná organizace, tak v otázce analýzy financování s důrazem na analýzu příjmů a výdajů ve vybraných organizacích. Teoretickou část analyzuje legislativu upravující pozici příspěvkových organizací, v praktické části jsou provedeny rozbory u jednotlivých organizací, cash-flow a zhodnocena závislost vůči zřizovateli, dále je provedena analýza účetních systémů využívaných v jednotlivých organizacích. |
| Abstract in different language: | The purpose of the presented diploma work is to provide a specific examination of a contributory organisation established by a superior territorially self-governing unit both from the point of view of the management relationship between the founder and the established organisation and in relation to analysis of financing with an emphasis on analysis of revenues and expenditures in selected organisations. The theoretical part focuses on legislation governing the position of contributory organisations, and the practical part presents an outline regarding individual organisations and cash flow and evaluates dependence in relation to the founder. Another aim was to analyse the accounting systems used in individual organisations. |
