| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou dokumentace k transferovým cenám nadnárodní společnosti. Jejím hlavním cílem je popsat tvorbu dokumentace společnosti EvoBus Česká republika s. r. o. k převodním cenám za fiskální rok 2017 a zhodnotit správnost uplatňování principu tržního odstupu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na samotné transferové ceny, jejich definice a vývoj, právní vymezení v České republice a ve světě, základní metody stanovení transferových cen a dokumentaci k transferovým cenám. Praktická část je zaměřena na tvorbu dokumentace k transferovým cenám pro společnost EvoBus Česká republika s. r. o., ve které je obsaženo několik analýz, tj. analýza současných trendů v průmyslu, srovnávací analýza, funkční analýza, analýza rizik a analýza tvorby převodních cen včetně ekonomické analýzy. Práce vykazuje také závěry a doporučení pro společnost týkající se tvorby dokumentace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with creation of transfer pricing documentation of international plant. The main goal is to describe creation of transfer pricing documentation of EvoBus Česká republika s.r.o. for fiscal year 2017 and evaluate accuracy enforcing of the arm's length principle. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused solely on transfer prices and its definition and development, legal law definition in the Czech Republic and in the world, elementary methods for setting transfer prices and transfer pricing documentation. The practical part described the creation of transfer pricing documentation of EvoBus Česká republika s.r.o., in which is included several analyses, i.e. analysis of industry trends, benchmarking analysis, functional analysis, risk analysis and transfer prices analysis including economic analysis. This thesis introduces conclusions and recommendations related with the creation of transfer pricing documentation of specific company. |
