| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je "Řízení ve věci přestupků se zaměřením na zahájení řízení, průběh řízení a rozhodnutí o přestupku". Cílem této práce je popsat řízení o přestupku. Důraz je kladen na popis zahájení řízení, průběh řízení a rozhodnutí o přestupku. Tato práce se týká pouze řízení v 1. stupni. Řízení ve věci přestupku v 1. stupni je téma velmi obsáhlé, a proto jsou některé instituty popsány v práci stručněji, zatímco na jiné instituty je zaměřena větší pozornost. Práce se nezabývá zvláštními druhy řízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this diploma thesis is "Proceedings for administrative infractions focusing on the initiation of proceedings, the course of proceedings and the decision about the administrative infraction". The aim of this work is to describe the whole proceedings for administrative infractions. An attention is given to describing the initiation of proceedings, the course of proceedings and the decision about the administrative infraction. This thesis deals only with proceedings in the first stage. Because the topic is very comprehensive. Some institutes are briefly described. And some institutes are given more attention. This thesis does not deal with specific types of proceedings. |
