| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálních sítí a jejich využití v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Cílem práce bylo provedení analýzy prezentace vybraných subjektů cestovního ruchu na sociálních sítích za vybrané období a na základě této analýzy navrhnout doporučení, která pomohou zvýšit efektivitu prezentace cestovních kanceláří na sociálních sítích. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, kdy teoretická část se zabývá zejména problematikou sociálních sítí, cestovního ruchu a oblastí marketingu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the problematic of the social media and their application in the field of tourism. The aim of this document is to choose a set of travel agencies and analyse their presentation on several social networks on a predefined time period. Based on the analytic results, certain recommendations are made, with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the agency´s representation. The thesis is made up of two major parts, a theoretical base and a practical application. The theoretical section focuses on the relationship between social networks and marketing. |
