| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Uplatnění marketingových nástrojů v maloobchodě" je zaměřena na analýzu marketingových nástrojů vybraných dvou maloobchodních řetězců, Tesco Stores ČR, a. s. a Kaufland. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na představení jednotlivých pojmů, jako jsou marketing a marketingový mix maloobchodu. Praktická část se věnuje představení maloobchodních řetězců, včetně využívaných marketingových nástrojů, jejichž míra využití je následně zkoumána na základě postojů zákazníků, prostřednictvím marketingového výzkumu. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky, včetně návrhů ke zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master´s thesis "Application of marketing tools in retail" is focused on the analysis of marketing tools of selected two retail chains, Tesco Stores ČR, a.s. and Kaufland. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the introduction of individual concepts, such as marketing and marketing mix of retailing. The practical part is devoted to the introduction of retail chains, including the marketing tools used in practice, their level of use which is further examined on the basis of customer attitudes, through marketing research. The conclusion of the thesis introduces the interpreted results, including suggestions for further improvement. |
