| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na svalová zranění, jejich epidemiologii a následnou terapii těchto zranění s využitím excentrické kontrakce. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části: teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části se věnuji vymezení základních pojmů, epidemiologii svalových zranění, jejich klasifikaci, popsání excentrické kontrakce a popsání rehabilitačních protokolů běžně využívaných v terapii svalových zranění. V praktické části popisujeme jednotlivé kazuistiky pacientů se svalovým zraněním a to, jak jsme postupovali v jejich terapii a jak jsme při tom využili excentrické kontrakce |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on muscle injuries, their epidemiology and following therapy of these injuries using eccentric contraction. The work is divided into 2 parts: theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts, epidemiology of muscle injuries, their classification, description of eccentric contraction and description of rehabilitation protocols commonly used in the treatment of muscle injuries. In practical part we describe individual cases of patients with muscle injuries and how we proceeded in their therapy using eccentric contractions. |
