| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá atraktivitou města Toužim z hlediska bydlení. Zprvu popisuje bytovou politiku a nástroje bytové politiky v rámci ČR. Dále pak charakterizuje malá města ČR. Popisuje jejich sídelní strukturu, bytovou výstavbu a kvalitativní ukazatele bydlení těchto měst. Také porovnává náklady na bydlení v jednotlivých velikostních skupinách obcí. Následně se zaměřuje a popisuje faktory ovlivňující atraktivitu bydlení v těchto městech. Tyto faktory poté analyzuje na vybraném městě Toužim a snaží se podat návrhy na zlepšení jednotlivých ukazatelů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the attraction of Touzim in terms of housing. At first, describes the housing policy and the instruments of housing policy in the CR. Furthermore, CR characterizes the small towns CR. It describes the settlement structure, housing quality and housing characteristics of these size groups of municipalities. It also compares the cost of housing in different size groups of municipalities. Subsequently, the focus and describes the factors influencing the attractiveness of living in these cities. These factors are then analyzed for the selected city Touzim and try to make proposals to improve the indicators. |
