| Abstract: | Tato práce by měla přiblížit čtenáři institut spolupracujícího obviněného a jeho aktuální právní úpravu v České republice. V práci se věnuji i vztahu spolupracujícího obviněného a korunního svědka. Práce se také zaměřuje na organizovaný zločin v České republice, jako formu zločinu se kterou souvisí aplikace institutu spolupracujícího obviněného. Pozornost je věnována i kontroverzím, které jsou se spolupracujícím obviněným spojeny. Práce se zabývá komparací se zahraničními právními úpravami. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis should introduce the reader to the institute of a cooperating accused and his current legislation in the Czech Republic. In my thesis I also deal with the connection between a cooperating accused and a crown witness. The work also focuses on organized crime in the Czech Republic, as a form of crime related to the application of the institute of cooperating accused. Attention is also paid to the controversies associated with the cooperating accused. The thesis deals with a comparison with foreign legislation. |
