| Abstract: | Každý den se na sociálních sítích vytvoří tisíce nových profilů. Lidé na nich sdílí svůj každodenní život, inspirují se, rozšiřují si obzory nebo udržují kontakt se svými blízkými. Každým dnem sociální sítě nabývají na popularitě. Není proto divu, že se najdou i tací, kteří nacházejí zálibu v obtěžování ostatních a záměrně na internet přicházejí s cílem zkazit ostatním uživatelům zážitek z užívání sítě. V internetovém žargonu hovoříme o trollech. V této práci je definován fenomén trollingu, charakteristické rysy chování a metody užívané pro jeho detekci. Taktéž je část práce věnována celosvětově rozšířené sociální sítí Twitter. Objasňuje strukturu Twitteru a vysvětluje metody získávání dat. Hovoří o tom, proč je dobré monitorovat společnost pomocí této sociální sítě a věnuje se politické debatě, která se na Twitteru odehrává. Přesah práce spočívá v testování metod automatické detekce trollů v rámci českého Twitteru, přesněji na účtech českých politiků. |
| Abstract in different language: | There are thousands of new social media accounts created on a daily basis. People share their everyday life, get inspired, widen their perspective or maintain contact with their loved ones. Every day, we can observe the growing popularity of social media. Therefore, there is no wonder we can find online users whose primary goal is to spoil the environment for others just for their own amusement. We describe those with a term troll. In this thesis, we define the phenomenon of trolling, we describe characteristic features of a troll and his behavior and methods used for their detection. Part of this thesis is devoted to the description of the favourite social media - Twitter - and its structure. We name and explain data mining methods and we clarify the importance of monitoring the society via Twitter. We also describe the political communication which takes place on Twitter. What makes this thesis unique is the testing of methods used for automatic troll detection in a scope of Czech Twitter, specifically Czech political accounts. |
