| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o koncernu Škoda Transportation a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá základními parametry společnosti, jako je historie, profil společnosti a podpora prodeje. Dále pojednává o obecné charakteristice regionu a typologizaci koncernu. Praktická část je zaměřena na aktuální situaci, která byla hodnocena na základě interview s odborníkem, který působí v dceřiné společnosti koncernu Škoda Electric a.s., a pomocí aktuálních informací získaných z denního tisku. Hodnocení je založené na principech SWOT-analýzy, především pak na posouzení potenciálních šancí a hrozeb. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the group Škoda Transportation a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part talks about the elementary parameters of the company like, history, profile of the concern and sales promotion. It deals also with general characteristic of the region and typology of the concern. The practical part is focused on the current situation, which was evaluated by interview with the expert, who operates in the concern's subsidiary called Škoda Electric a.s., and by the information from the current press. The evaluation is based on principles of SWOT analysis, especially on the considerations of the potential opportunities and threats. |
