| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Image jako nástroj konkurenceschopnosti vybrané destinace. Zkoumanou destinací bylo zvoleno Porto. Práce je strukturována na teoretickou a praktickou část. V rámci teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy související s cestovním ruchem, destinací a destinačním marketingem. V praktické části je představena vybraná destinace, provedena sekundární analýza dat a dotazníkové šetření. Dotazník byl distribuován v elektronické podobě a byl vyplněn 220 respondenty. Na základě výsledků šetření jsou navržena příslušná doporučení, která by mohla pomoci k budování image destinace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Master's thesis is focused on the topic of Image as a tool for competitiveness of a selected destination. The city of Porto was chosen as the research destination. The thesis is composed of a theoretical part and a practical part. Terms relevant to tourism, destination and destination marketing are defined in the theoretical part. In the practical part the selected destination is introduced, followed by a secondary data analysis and a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was distributed in electronic form and was filled in by 220 respondents. Based on the survey results, appropriate conclusions and recommendations are made in order to help build the image of the selected destination. |
