| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu marketingových aktivit muzea Patton Memorial Pilsen. Autorka se zabývá efektivností využívaných marketingových nástrojů. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části předkládá autorka teoretický vstup do zkoumané problematiky. Druhá část práce obsahuje návrh výzkumného šetření, realizaci a zhodnocení hlavních výstupů ze dvou využitých výzkumných metod - dotazníkového šetření a testování oční kamerou. V závěru diplomové práce je uvedeno shrnutí výzkumných metod a následné návrhy na zlepšení využívání marketingových nástrojů muzea Patton Memorial Pilsen. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master thesis is focused on the analysis of marketing activities of the Patton Memorial Pilsen museum. The author deals with the effectiveness of the marketing tools used. This thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the author presents a theoretical introduction to the researched issues. The second part of the work contains the design of a marketing research, realization and evaluation of the main outputs of the two research methods used - a questionnaire survey and eye tracking. The diploma thesis ends with a summary of research methods and subsequent suggestions for improving the use of marketing tools by the Patton Memorial Pilsen. |
