| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby fundraisingového plánu pro nestátní neziskovou organizaci. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány pojmy nutné k pochopení dané problematiky. Zaměřuje se na neziskové organizace obecně, dále pak na samotný fundraising, jeho zásady, metody, pozici fundraisera a zdroje financování organizace. Teoretická část také popisuje fundraisingovou strategii a tvorbu fundraisingového plánu. V praktické části práce je představen azyl Život bez krutosti, jeho poslání a cíle. Jsou vypracovány analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí organizace, dále analýza jejích finančních zdrojů a využívaných fundraisingových metod. Na závěr praktické části jsou navrhnuty dvě varianty fundraisingového plánu na další rok pro vybranou neziskovou organizaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of creating a fundraising plan for a non-governmental non-profit organization. In the theoretical part of the thesis terms needed for understanding of the issue such as non-profit organizations, fundraising, fundraising methods and principles, position of fundraiser and fundraising resources are described. The theoretical part also describes fundraising strategy and creation of fundraising plan. In the practical part of this thesis farm sanctuary Život bez krutosti, its mission and goals are introduced. It also contains analysis of its external and internal environment and analysis of its financial resources and fundraising methods. At the end of the practical part, two versions of fundraising plan for selected non-profit organization are created. |
