| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce popisuje obchodní strategii podniku. V teoretické části práce je popsána teorie podnikání a teorie obchodní strategie. Výstupy teoretické části jsou aplikovány na společnost Dřevostroj Čkyně, a. s., která poskytuje svým zákazníkům komplexní služby v oboru dodávek strojů a zařízení pro zpracování dřevní hmoty. Praktická část obsahuje základní informace o společnosti a její strategickou analýzu. Zanalyzováním obchodní strategie podniku Dřevostroj Čkyně, a. s., jsou získané informace sepsány do SWOT analýzy a následně předloženy konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení obchodní strategie společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis describes the business strategy of a company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the theory of business and business strategy. Results of the theoretical part are applied to the company Dřevostroj Čkyně, a. s., which provides services in the field of delivery of machines and equipment for wood processing. The practical part contains basic information about the company and its strategic analysis. The practical part also creates a SWOT analysis based on the information obtained by analyzing the business strategy of the company Dřevostroj Čkyně, a. s., and submits specific improvements to the business strategy of the company. |
