| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci byla představena problematika nezaměstnanosti v důsledku pandemie covid-19, přičemž práce byla zaměřena na analýzu pracovního trhu v Plzeňském kraji a přilehlých okresech. Pro získání vhodných dat ke zkoumání bylo pracováno s webovými stránkami Úřad práce České republiky a Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část představila pojmy trh práce a nezaměstnanost, jejich vysvětlení a definice, ale také mnoho dalších segmentů, které byly nezbytnou součástí pro další zkoumání. Praktická část se zabývala stanovením vhodné hypotézy, porovnáním nezaměstnanosti v určitých oblastech včetně jejich detailního popisu. V závěru praktické části práce byla rozvedena diskuze o postavení Plzeňského kraje v rámci zbylých krajů České republiky. Výsledkem je tedy hloubková analýza pracovního trhu Plzeňského kraje v důsledku pandemie, kompenzace dané situace a nezaměstnanosti, ale také vymezení řady podstatných pojmů a segmentů pro úspěšné získání vhodných dat. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis introduced the issue of unemployment due to the covid-19 pandemic, with the thesis focused on analysis of the labour market in the Plzen Region and surrounding districts. The Czech Labour Office and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs have been working with the website to obtain suitable data for the investigation. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part presents concepts of the labour market and unemployment, their explanations and definitions, but also many other segments that were essential for further investigation. The practical part dealt with the establishment of an appropriate hypothesis, comparing unemployment in certain areas including their detailed description. At the end of the practical part of the work, a discussion on the position of the Plzeň Region within the remaining regions of the Czech Republic was elaborated. The result, therefore, is an in-depth analysis of the Labour Market of the Plzen Region due to the pandemic, compensation of the given situation and unemployment, but also the definition of a number of essential concepts and segments for the successful acquisition of suitable data. |
