| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na využívání klamavých a agresivních obchodních praktik při prodeji zboží či služeb. V práci jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se ochrany spotřebitele a nekalých obchodních praktik. Práce obsahuje vybrané praktické případy, při kterých došlo k využívání klamavých a agresivních obchodních praktik, které jsou zde zanalyzovány a popsány. Výsledkem této práce jsou navrhnutá řešení toho, jak těmto praktikám předejít. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the use of deceptive and aggressive business practices in the sale of goods or services. The thesis defines the basic concepts related to consumer protection and unfair commercial practices. The thesis contains selected practical cases using deceptive and aggressive business practices, which areanalysed and described here. The result of this work are proposed solutions to prevent these practices. |
