| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje příčiny školního neprospěchu žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ. Vymezuje klíčové poznatky související s problematikou školního neprospěchu žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ a zaměřuje se na význam autodiagnostických metod v praxi učitelem. Provádí analýzu školní výkonové motivace žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ a na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření navrhuje učitelům postupy pro efektivnější školní práci s dětmi výkonově orientovanými, motivovanými neúspěchem a děti úzkostné. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis analyses the causes of school failure of the primary school pupils. It defines the key findings related to the problem of school failure of the primary school pupils and focuses on the importance of self-diagnostic methods in teacher practice. It provides an analysis of pupils´ school performance motivation at the primary school, and based on the results of the research it proposes the procedures for teachers how to work more effectively with performance-oriented children, children motivated by failure and with anxious children. |
