| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na regulaci kvality výrobního procesu ve společnosti Škoda Electric. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, kdy poznatky z teoretické části jsou následně aplikovány pro zpracování praktické části zaměřené na interní nekvalitu výrobního úseku pohony. Data získaná ze společnosti jsou dále analyzována a prezentována s využitím Paretova diagramu a dalších grafických nástrojů. Na základě provedených analýz jsou navržena nápravná opatření a návrhy na zlepšení, která mohou mít vliv na rozvoj a kvalitativní růst společnosti s ohledem na minimalizaci nákladů spojených s nekvalitou výrobního procesu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted thesis is focused on the production quality process regulation in the Škoda Electic a.s. company. The thesis is split into two parts - the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part's findings are applied to composing the practical part aimed at the poor internal quality for the production section related to the train power equipment. Data obtained from the company are being subsequently analysed and presented using the Pareto diagram and other graphical tools. Based on the conducted analysis are proposed counter-measures and proposals to the improvements that may influence the development and quality rise with regard to the production poor quality cost minimalisation. |
