| Abstract: | Zájem o spoření a investování volných finančních prostředků mezi obyčejnými lidmi stále roste. Motivací může být zisk nebo aktuálně stále narůstající inflace, kvůli které přicházejí peníze o svou hodnotu a lidé o své úspory. Spoření a investování představuje způsob, jak s inflací efektivně bojovat a případně zvyšovat hodnotu svého bohatství. Tato práce nabízí pohled na vybrané spořící a investiční produkty a vysvětluje podstatu jejich fungování. Jedná se o spořicí účet, akcie, podílové fondy a zlato. Cílem této práce je navrhnout a doporučit investiční portfolio, sestavené na základě specifických požadavků modelového klienta. Výsledné portfolio vychází z výsledků finanční analýzy, jejímž účelem je zhodnotit vybrané spořící a investiční instrumenty z hlediska výnosnosti, rizika a likvidity. Navržené portfolio slouží jako výstup této diplomové práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The interest in saving and investing of available funds among common people grows every day. The motivation can be profit or currently increasing inflation, due to which money loses its value and people lose their savings. Saving and investing represent a way to fight inflation effectively and possibly even increase the value of personal wealth. This thesis offers a look at selected saving and investment products and explains the way they work. These selected products are savings account, stocks, mutual funds and gold. The main goal of this thesis is to design and recommend an investment portfolio based on the specific requirements of the model client. The portfolio is based on the results of a financial analysis, the purpose of which is to evaluate selected savings and investment instruments in terms of profitability, risk a liquidity. The designed portfolio serves as the main output of this Master thesis. |
