Abstract: | Práce pojednává o efektivitě a využívání kompenzačního cvičení u hráček házené. Teoretický obsah práce zahrnuje rozbor házenkářského sportu, základy kineziologie, principy kompenzačního cvičení, prevence a také podrobný popis vyšetřovací baterie. Praktická část spočívá v analýze výsledků proběhlých vyšetření a dotazníkového výzkumu. Všechny hypotézy byly vyvráceny. |
Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the use and effectiveness of compensatory exercise for female handball players. The theoretical part consists of a description of the sport itself and outlines the basics of kinesiology, principles of compensatory exercise and prevention, followingly providing a detailed description of the examination battery. The practical part then analyses results of conducted examinations as well as of a questionnaire survey. All hypotheses were disproved. |
