| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na péči o staré lidi a na mezigenerační rodinné vztahů.Cílem této práce je prozkoumat tuto problematiku. Na základě práce významných teoretiků sociologie, shrnu toto téma. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá teorií solidarity postavené na práci Bengtson a jeho spolupracovníků. Poté se věnuji teorii ambivalence a konfliktu. Kromě toho je tato práce o péči o seniory. Zabývám se motivy a faktory, které vedou k rodinné péči.V závěru upozorňuji na nutnost podporovat rodinnou péči o seniora. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work is focused on an old people and taking care of them and on a cross-generation of family affairs. Purpose of my work is to discover this subjects and I have used previous reserches of an important theoreticians of sociology to do so.This work is at first about theory of solidarity based on the previous work of Bengtson and his team and secondly I pay attention to theory of ambivalence and conflict.Apart of that this work is about taking care of seniors. I focuse on the motives and factors that lead to family solicitude that imperatively shows the need to support families to take care of their eldery members. |
