| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá diagnostikou a rozvojem klimatu třídy na 1. stupni ZŠ. V teoretické části je pojem klima třídy vymezen a zaměřuje se i na jeho činitele. Nastiňuje pojem negativní klima. Představuje různé možnosti, jak klima měřit. Popisuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkumné metody. V praktické části je proveden výzkum, jehož cílem bylo změřit třídní klima u vybraných tříd. Navrhuje postup, pro zlepšení. V druhé polovině praktické části se nechází soubor námětů pro rozvoj jednotlivých prvků třídního klimatu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with diagnostics and development of the classroom climate at the primary school. In the theoretical part, the concept of class climate is defined and focuses on its factors. Outlines the concept of negative climate. It presents various options for measuring the climate. Describes quantitative and qualitative research methods. In the practical part, research is carried out, the aim of which was to measure the classroom climate in selected classes. Suggests a procedure for improvement. In the second half of the practical part there is no set of ideas for the development of individual elements of the class climate. |
