| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci toku prázdných obalů ve vybrané společnosti, konkrétně ve společnosti Alfa, která je jednou z největších automobilek na světě. Společnost X vystupuje ve vztahu ke společnosti Alfa jako poskytovatel 4PL logistiky, jedná se tedy o outsourcing logistiky. Teoretická práce je zaměřena na logistiku, outsourcing logistiky a reverzní logistiku. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje představení spoelčností Alfa a X, následně je vymezen vztah mezi nimi a popsán dosavadní proces toku prázdných obalů. Dále je definován a analyzován vzniklý problém, pro jednotlivé země jsou vypočítány původní náklady a vícenáklady a jsou navrženy doporučení postupování k eliminaci vzniklých nákladů, doporučení jsou zhodnocena. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on optimizing the flow of empty packaging in a selected company, specifically in the company Alfa, which is one of the largest carmakers in the world. Company X acts in relation to Alfa as a provider of 4PL logistics, so it is a logistics outsourcing. The theoretical work is focused on logistics, logistics outsourcing and reverse logistics. The practical part of the diploma thesis contains an introduction to the companies Alfa and X, then the relationship between them is defined and the current process of the flow of empty packaging is described. Furthermore, the problem is defined and analyzed, the original costs and additional costs are calculated for individual countries and recommendations for action are proposed to eliminate the costs incurred, the recommendations are evaluated. |
