| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím hry v ergoterapeutické praxi u dětí s kombinovaným postižením. V teoretické části je zmíněna hra, její znaky, vlastnosti, druhy a typy. Dále tato kapitola zahrnuje vývoj hry, význam a vliv hry na vývoj dítěte a její využití při terapii. V teoretické části jsou zmiňovány kapitoly všední denní aktivity, kombinované postižení, vybrané diagnózy a hodnotící nástroje. Praktická část je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření ergoterapeutů s dětskou klientelou z České republiky a zahraničí, jehož úkolem je zjistit v jakém rozsahu se hra v terapii užívá, využití hry jako hodnotícího prvku a její efektivita. V podkapitole výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou rozepsány jednotlivé otázky a jejich následné porovnání v diskuzi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the use of play in occupational therapy practice for children with combined disabilities. The theoretical part mentions the game, its features, properties and types. Furthermore, this chapter includes the development of the play, the importance and influence of the play on the development of the children and its use in therapy. The theoretical part also mentions the chapters of daily activities, multiple disabilities, selected diagnoses and assessment tools. The practical part is focused on a questionnaire survey of pediatric occupational therapists from the Czech Republic and abroad, whose task is to find out to what extent it is used in therapy, the use of the play as an assessment element and its effectiveness. The chapter on analysis and interpretation of results presents the results of the survey and subsequent comparison in the discussion. |
