| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vybrané metody a nástroje controllingu, které jsou aplikovány na podnik INTERSOFT - Automation s.r.o. Práce je složena z teoretických a praktických kapitol. V teoretické části práce je stručné shrnutí dané problematiky. V první kapitole jsou popsány cíle práce a její metodiky. Další kapitola je věnována charakteristice pojmu controlling. Ve třetí kapitole jsou představeny jednotlivé úrovně controllingu a používané metody a nástroje. Následující kapitola se týká finančního controllingu. Praktická část práce začíná stručným představením podniku. V další kapitole jsou vybrané metody a nástroje aplikovány na sledovaný podnik. Poslední kapitola práce zahrnuje vyhodnocení zjištěných dat a návrhy doporučení pro zlepšení controllingových procesů v podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on selected methods and controlling tools that are applied to the company INTERSOFT - Automation s.r.o. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical chapters. The theoretical part of the work contains a brief summary of the issue. In the first chapter, the objectives of the work and its methodology are described. The next chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the concept of controlling. In the third chapter, the individual levels of controlling and the methods and tools used are presented. The following chapter is about financial controlling. The practical part of the work begins with a brief company introduction. In the next chapter, the selected methods and tools are applied to the monitored company. The last chapter of the thesis includes the evaluation of the data and recommendations for improving the controlling processes in the company. |
