| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce jsou specifika dělby moci v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je zaměřena na vývoj dělby moci pohledem historie, a to z důvodu, že toto téma má dlouhý historický vývoj. V druhé části práce je pozornost věnována specifikům dělby moci v České republice a systému jednotlivých mocí. Tato část analyzuje a popisuje jak jednotlivé moci ve státě fungují, navzájem se vyvažují a kontrolují. Poslední část práce je věnována teorii dělby moci v krizových stavech. Při krizových stavech je nutné promptně reagovat na vzniklé nebezpečí. Z tohoto důvodu jsou dopředu stanovena pravidla a moc je rozdělena mezi jednotlivé složky tak, aby došlo k jejich rychlému vyřešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this thesis is the specifics of the division of powers in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the development of the division of powers from a historical perspective, due to the fact that this topic has a long historical development. The second part of the work is dedicated to the specifics of the division of powers in the Czech Republic and the system of individual powers. This section analyzes and describes how individual powers in the state function, balance and control each other. The final part of the work is devoted to the theory of the division of powers in crisis situations. In times of crisis, it is necessary to promptly respond to the arising danger. For this reason, rules are established in advance and power is divided among individual components in order to achieve a quick resolution. |
