| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit dopady pandemie nemoci COVID-19 na vybrané podniky ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb v Plzni. Dílčím cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat a zhodnotit nejzávažnější dopady pandemie nemoci COVID-19 na ubytovací a stravovací služby v ČR. Teoretická východiska jsou uvedená v kapitolách 1 až 3 a jsou zaměřena na charakteristiku ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb. Jsou objasněny konkrétní pojmy této problematiky a fungování ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb v České republice. Je představen průběh počtu potvrzených pozitivních případů onemocnění COVID-19 v České republice. Dále je v této práci popsán průběh platných vládních opatření proti šíření onemocnění COVID-19 v České republice v daném období. Jsou představené programy vypracované vládou České republiky na pomoc podnikům postiženým dopady pandemie. V bakalářské práci je charakterizováno město Plzeň a vybrané podniky, které byly objektem provedeného výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on selected accommodation and catering companies in Pilsen. The partial goal of the bachelor thesis is to characterize and evaluate the most serious impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on accommodation and catering services in the Czech Republic. Theoretical starting points are given in Chapters 1 to 3 and are focused on the characteristics of accommodation and catering services. Specific concepts of this issue and the functioning of accommodation and catering services in the Czech Republic are clarified. The course of the number of confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in the Czech Republic is presented. Furthermore, this work describes the course of valid government measures against the spread of COVID-19 in the Czech Republic in the given period. Programs developed by the government of the Czech Republic to help companies affected by the effects of the pandemic are presented. The bachelor's thesis characterizes the city of Pilsen and selected companies that were the subject of the research. |
