| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce analyzuje stávající logistiku společnosti Pfeifer Holz, s. r. o. v Trhanově. První část práce zmiňuje základní pojmy, definice a logistické činnosti z oblasti logistiky, které jsou následně aplikovány na vybranou společnost. Na začátku druhé části práce je představena společnost Pfeifer Holz a konkrétní závod Trhanov. Následně je v kapitole dodavatele rozebrán proces nákupu a u odběratele proces objednávky. Dále práce obsahuje logistické činnosti týkající se zásob, výroby, skladování a přepravy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented bachelor thesis analyses the existing logistics of Pfeifer Holz, s. r. o. in Trhanov. The first part of the thesis mentions basic concepts, definitions and logistics activities from the field of logistics, which are then applied to the selected company. At the beginning of the second part of the thesis, the company Pfeifer Holz and the specific plant Trhanov are introduced. Subsequently, the purchasing process is discussed in the supplier chapter and the ordering process in the customer chapter. Furthermore, the thesis includes logistics activities related to inventory, production, warehousing and transport. |
