| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na téma soutěživosti a její vztah s osobnostními charakteristikami. Teoretická část obsahuje popis soutěživosti a jejího využití na pracovišti nebo u podnikatelů. Samotný výzkum práce se zabývá souvislostí mezi soutěživostí a osobnostními charakteristikami. Závislosti jsou zkoumány pomocí spojení dvou jednotlivých dotazníků. Jedná se o dotazník soutěživosti a inventář Big Five. Výsledky výzkumu mohou být použity v managementové či marketingové praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of competitiveness and its relationship with personality characteristics. The theoretical part includes a description of competitiveness and its application in the workplace or in entrepreneurs. The actual research of the thesis is focuses on the relationship between competitiveness and personality characteristics. The relationships are examined by combining two individual questionnaires. These are the competitiveness questionnaire and the Big Five inventory. The results of the research can be used in management or marketing practice. |
