| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice udržitelného rozvoje v subsaharské Africe. V první polovině teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny pojmy spojené s udržitelným rozvojem. To zahrnuje jeho principy, pilíře, indikátory a cíle. V druhé polovině je popsána současná situace subsaharské Afriky. Praktická část začíná představením dvou neziskových organizací, ADRY o. p. s. a Lékařů bez hranic. To zahrnuje jejich historii, strukturu a finanční zdroje společně s výdaji. Dále je provedena analýza jejich humanitárních a rozvojových projektů. Na závěr je sestavena SWOT matice, která slouží k určení slabých a silných stánek, příležitostí a hrozeb projektů organizací. Poslední kapitola obsahuje zhodnocení projektů a příslušní doporučení. Cílem této práce je popsat a zhodnotit vliv projektů na udržitelný rozvoj v afrických zemích. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sustainable development in sub-Saharan Africa. In the first half of the theoretical part, the concepts related to sustainable development are described and explained. This includes its principles, pillars, indicators and goals. The second half describes the current situation in sub-Saharan Africa. The practical part starts with an introduction of two non-profit organisations, ADRA o.p.s. and Doctors Without Borders. This includes their history, structure and financial resources along with their expenditures. Next, an analysis of their humanitarian and development projects is made. Finally, a SWOT matrix is compiled to determine the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats of the organizations' projects. The last chapter contains an evaluation of the projects and relevant recommendations. The aim of this paper is to describe and evaluate the impact of the projects on sustainable development in African countries. |
