| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zdůrazňuje význam islámské jurisprudence ("fiqh alaqalíját"), muslimských menšin v nemuslimských zemích. Práce se snaží upozornit na každodenní problémy muslimů v nemuslimských zemích a ukázat, jak muslimská menšina s těmito problémy bojuje a jak je na základě islámské jurisprudence a dostupných možností v nemuslimských zemích řeší. Řešení těchto problémů a jejich pochopení usnadní muslimům život v západních zemích a pomáhá jim začlenit se do společnosti v těchto zemích. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis highlights the importance of Islamic jurisprudence, alias "Fiqh al-Aqalliyyat", of minorities for Muslims in non-Muslim countries. This jurisprudence analyses, addresses and resolves religious "problems" or inconveniences. in non-Islamic societies. In this work, an analytic study of some daily issues that Muslims are bound to encounter and how they are addressed according to a Muslim's understanding, was conducted. I happened to notice an omit of joint settlement for all Muslims considering this matter, owing to the fact that each group of Muslims solves them based of different sources and fatwas that are suitable for them. These problems burden the lives of Muslim minorities in non-Islamic environments and obstruct their embodiment into "Western" societies. |
