| Abstract: | Hlavní témata této bakalářské práce představují významné historické události na území města Chebu během roku 1945. Prostor dávám stručnému představení města, nastínění zdejší situace před válečným obdobím, osvobozování města v dubnu 1945, vystěhování německých obyvatel či zpětnému osídlení. Práce se opírá zejména o odbornou a regionální literaturu a o vydané a nevydané archivní prameny. Použit byl i rozhovor se zdejším pamětníkem událostí pro doplnění důležitých detailů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main themes of this bachelor thesis represent significant historical events in the territory of Cheb during 1945. I give space to a brief introduction of the town, outlining the situation before the war period, the liberation of the town in April 1945, the eviction of the German inhabitants, or the resettlement. The work is based mainly on specialist and regional literature and published and unpublished archival sources. An interview with a local witness of the events was also used to fill in important details |
