| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory ovlivňující edukaci pacientů s bolestmi zad a prošetřením přístupu pacientů k režimovým opatřením. V teorii je popisován vertebrogenní algický syndrom, zásady edukace a faktory ovlivňující edukaci. Šetření v praktické části obsahuje dvě části. Kvantitativní část proběhla formou dotazníku s účastní 57 respondentů a kvalitativní výzkum proběhl ve formě vytvoření edukačního letáku pro pacienty s diagnozou vertebrogenního algického syndromu a jeho následné otestování 11 respondenty, kdy zpětná vazba byla získána na základě strukturovaného telefonického rozhovoru. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the factors affecting the education of patients with back pain and the investigation of patients' approach to regimen measures. Vertebrogenic algic syndrome, principles of education and factors affecting education are described in theory. The investigation in the practical part consists of two parts. The quantitative part took place in the form of a questionnaire with the participation of 57 respondents, and the qualitative research took place in the form of the creation of an educational leaflet for patients with a diagnosis of vertebrogenic algic syndrome and its subsequent testing by 11 respondents, when feedback was obtained on the basis of a structured telephone interview. |
