| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové je omezit pracovní prostor stroje pro specifické tiskové úlohy a minimalizovat tak množství vstupního materiálu potřebného pro tisk na strojích středních velikostí, tedy nejrozšířenějších 3D tiskáren kovů. Systematickým vývojem zmenšeného pracovního prostoru bude snížena nutná rezerva prášku minimálně o 30 % a částečně tak dojde k substituci předností malých tiskáren. Řešení bude uplatněno v oblasti výzkumu i v průmyslu při testování nových materiálů. Dosažené výsledky budou ověřeny sérií mechanických testů a následně také na funkčním vzorku, a to jak v prostředí výzkumné organizace, tak i v prostředí průmyslové praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of this diploma is to limit the working space of the machine for specific printing tasks and thus minimize the amount of input material needed for printing on medium-sized machines, i.e. the most widespread 3D metal printers. The systematic development of a reduced working space will reduce the necessary reserve of powder by at least 30% and will partially replace the advantages of small printers. The solution will be applied in the field of research and in industry when testing new materials. The achieved results will be verified by a series of mechanical tests and subsequently also on a functional sample, both in the environment of a research organization and in the environment of industrial practice. |
