| Abstract: | Autorská kniha Samotárium. Koncept knihy vznikl během rešerše významu slova diplom (s řeckého dvojitě složený). Prostřednictvím asociací přišla jsem k závěru, že obvykle dvojitě složený byvájí noviny. V novinách píšou o katastrofách, a nejbanálnější katastrofa, která muže vzniknout ve městě, je to automobilová zácpa na silnice. Slovo "auto", kromě označení samohybného prostředku, má význam "sám". Obraz auta používám jako projekci "sám", "samota". Děj knihy se odehrává v místě zvaném Samotárium. Místo přítomnosti, pozorování, pěstování a chování samot. Na silnicích Samotária pomocí samohybných prostředků majitelé samot neustále v pohybu od začátku až do konce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The starting point for the search of my diploma thesis topic was the search for the origin of the word diploma. It derives from Latin diploma "letter, note", from Greek "to translate into two parts" and from Greek "double, paired, two sided". I have focused my attention on the words "double, paired, two-sided".Through association, I came to the following realization that double-translated can be a newspaper. I also figured out that newspapers report disasters, and the most trivial disaster that can happen in a city is a car jam on the road. The word auto, in addition to meaning a self-propelled vehicle, can also be used in the context of "alone", "loneliness". The auto has become an expression of loneliness, and I have begun to use the image of the car in my drawings as a medium to express this loneliness. Each person locks himself alone in his auto and travelling throughout life. The place where the whole story takes place in the book was named Samotarium. On the roads of Samotharium, using self-propelled means, the owners of solitudes are constantly on the move from beginning to end. |
