| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem telefonních operátorů, který mohou zažívat při své práci. Mapuji, které stresory na ně působí. Ty následně rozděluji do kategorií. Také porovnávám jednotlivé stresory, zda jsou stejné v případě rozdílných typů call center. Nakonec řeším, jaké osoby se nehodí na pozici telefonního operátora. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis is focusing on the stress experienced by telephone operators within their work environment. It is mapping which stress factors are influencing the stress levels, and then they are divided into categories in order to be able to compare whether the stress factors differ in different types of call centers. Lastly it discusses which candidates are not suitable for the position of a telephone operator. |
