| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce analyzuje stávající marketingové činnosti společnosti Wolt Česko, s. r. o. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými pojmy z oblasti služeb, vybranými subjekty a marketingovými analýzami, které jsou následně uplatněny na vybrané společnosti. V další části práce je představena společnost Wolt a její dceřiná společnost Wolt Česko. Po představení firmy je popsán proces objednávky od zákazníka. Práce dále rozebírá marketingový mix společnosti a obsahuje marketingové analýzy. Pro lepší pochopení jsou v práci využita schémata a obrázky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented bachelor thesis analyses the current marketing activities of Wolt Česko, s. r. o. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical concepts in the field of services, selected subjects and marketing analyses, which are subsequently applied to the selected company. In the next part of the thesis the company Wolt and its subsidiary Wolt Česko are introduced. After introducing the company, the process of ordering from a customer is described. The thesis further discusses the marketing mix of the company and includes marketing analyses. Diagrams and pictures are used in the thesis for better understanding. |
