| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na průzkum spokojenosti návštěvníků v oblasti lázeňských služeb ve vybrané destinaci. Práce je založena na teoretickém základu, ve kterém lze nejdříve najít obecné informace o cestovním ruchu, o lázeňství a o lázeňství v České republice. Poté se v práci popisuje vybraná destinace a její historie. Praktická část se zaměřuje na spokojenost hostů Mariánských lázní ve specifických oblastech služeb. Spokojenost se hodnotí v ubytovacích, stravovacích a léčebných službách. Dále se také hodnotí služby rekreační, informačního centra a na závěr se hodnotí celková spokojenost hostů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the survey of visitor satisfaction in the area of spa services in a selected destination. The thesis is based on a theoretical foundation in which one can first find general information about tourism, the spa industry, and the spa industry in the Czech Republic. Then the thesis describes the selected destination and its history. The practical part focuses on the satisfaction of the guests of Marian baths in specific service areas. Satisfaction is assessed in accommodation, catering and spa services. In addition, recreational services, information centre services are also evaluated and finally the overall guest satisfaction is assessed. |
