| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu komunikace v projektovém týmu podniku Daikin Industries Czech Republic s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní principy projektového řízení a komunikace v týmu. V praktické části je představen a popsán podnik, kde byla analyzována komunikace v projektovém týmu. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy, práce také nabízí možná doporučení pro zlepšení komunikace v projektovém týmu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of communication within the project team of Daikin Industries Czech Republic s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of project management and team communication. The practical part introduces and describes the company where the communication within the project team was analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, the thesis also offers possible recommendations for improving communication within the project team. |
