| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je fenomén Quiet Quitting v pracovním prostředí. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat fenomén Quiet quitting v pracovním prostředí pomocí teoretického ukotvení a realizace vlastního výzkumu. Práce pohlíží na problematiku v souvislosti s angažovaností a psychologickou smlouvou zaměstnanců. Dílčími cíli jsou teoretické vymezení angažovanosti zaměstnanců a konceptu psychologické smlouvy, objasnění významu, pojetí a kontextu quiet quittingu v pracovním prostředí a vyhodnocení získaných výsledků s návrhem doporučení pro vhodné využití v podnikové praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the thesis is the phenomenon of Quiet Quitting in the workplace. The main objective of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of quiet quitting in the workplace through theoretical grounding and conducting research. The thesis looks at the issue in the context of employee engagement and psychological contract. The sub-objectives are the theoretical definition of employee engagement and the concept of psychological contract, clarification of the meaning, concept and context of quiet quitting in the work environment and evaluation of the obtained results with a proposal of recommendations for appropriate use in corporate practice. |
