| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti franchisora kontrolovat jednotlivé franchisy v dodržování smluvené úrovně poskytovaných služeb a podnikových směrnic. Na základě provedené analýzy současné situace ve společnosti The PUB Franchising, s.r.o., je v praktické části vypracován návrh na zlepšení stávajícího kontrolního systému. Výstupem práce je detailně rozpracovaný postup provádění, zpracovávání i vyhodnocení souboru tajných kontrol, který je dále aplikován na modelovou situaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the franchisors´ opportunities to check whether the franchisees follow an agreed service quality standard and the company guidelines or not. Based on the analysis of current situation in the company of The PUB Franchising, s.r.o. the practical part of the thesis contains a proposal to improve the existing system of checks in the company. The output of the work is a detailed procedure for making, processing and evaluating of mystery shopping, which is further applied to the model situation. |
