| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje stávající logistiku firmy AIR POWER, s. r. o. , tj. toky materiálu a výrobků od dodavatelů, popisuje logistické činnosti a procesy ve firmě, které jsou pro její činnost rozhodující. Předložená práce v první části popisuje základní údaje a historii firmy. Další část práce se věnuje procesu plánování nákupu, popisu odběratelů a objednávek výrobků. Dále je práce zaměřena na stav a řízení zásob ve firmě. Nedílná součást práce je zaměřena na organizaci práce při přejímce zboží a jsou popsány náklady na skladování. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis analyzes existing logistics company AIR POWER Ltd., that is material flows and production from suppliers, describes the logistics activities and processes in the company, which are decisive for her activity. The first part of this bachelor paper describes the essential facts and history. Another part is devoted to the planning process of purchase and to the description of customer orders and products. The bachelor is focused on the status and inventory management in the company. An integral part of the work is focused on the work organization at receiving goods and there are described storage costs. |
