| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kooperaci cestovní kanceláře SUN TRAVEL s. r. o. s podnikatelskými subjekty se sídlem podnikání ve Spolkové republice Německo. Tato práce obsahuje legislativní náležitosti, jejichž znalost je podmínkou pro založení cestovní kanceláře s tímto zaměřením. Dále disponuje analýzou podnikatelských činností včetně SWOT analýzy, určení silných a slabých stránek podniku a dále navrhuje řešení na optimalizaci podnikatelských činností a posouzení ekonomické efektivnosti navrhovaných opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present work is focused on cooperation agency SUN TRAVEL s. r. o. with an established business with a place of business in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. This work includes legislative requirements, which knowledge is a condition for the establishment of travel agency with this focus. Further it has analysis business activities, including SWOT analysis, identifying strengths and weaknesses business operations and evaluation of economic efficiency of the suggested measures. |
