Abstract: | Předmětem práce je právo na život jako jedno ze základních práv člověka a jeho zakotvení v právním řádu České republiky a v textech mezinárodních smluv o lidských právech. Práce se zabývá právem na život ve smyslu přirozenoprávní teorie a přináší nástin k otázce přirozeného práva v průběhu vývoje právního myšlení. Klíčovým pramenem práva na život je pak Ústava České republiky a zejména LZPS, kterou se část práce zabývá a rozebírá význam jejího textu v souvislosti s tímto právem. Druhá polovina diplomové práce je věnována právním aspektům přirozeného práva, jako je otázka trestu smrti, interrupce nebo euthanasie. |
Abstract in different language: | The subject of this work is the right to life as one of the basic human rights and it´s place in the legal order of the Czech Republic and the text of international human rights treaties. The work deals with the right to life in terms of natural law theory and outlines the issue of natural law in the course of development of legal thought. A key source of the right to life is the Constitution of the Czech Republic, and especially the Charter of Human rights, which part of the work deals with and discusses the importance of text in the context of this law. The second half of the thesis is devoted to the legal aspects of natural law, such as the issue of the death penalty, abortion or euthanasia. |
