| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou účetní uzávěrky a závěrky podniku.Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. V praktické části je charakterizován zvolený podnik, analyzován informační a účetní systém, teoretické poznatky jsou aplikvány v praxi v účetní uzávěrce a závěrce v podniku a je provedena finanční analýza. |
| Abstract in different language: | This dissertation is focused on analysis of financial statements and company´s annual final accounts. Dissertation is divided into theoretical and practical part.Theoretical part describes the way of closing books and financial statements.Practical part describes the company and then analyse final accounts and the financial statement of the company. The financial analysis is the instrument for financial management. |
