| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu controllingu a jeho využití ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu, konkrétně ve společnosti SEG s.r.o. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice controllingu, jeho metod a nástrojů. V praktické části se práce zabývá charakteristikou společnosti SEG s.r.o., analyzováním a vyhodnocením jejích controllingových aktivit a návrhem na zlepšení současné situace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is aimed at the controlling analysis and the application of it in a selected business, specifically in the company of SEG s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to controlling characteristics, its methods and tools. In the practical part the thesis deals with the characteristics of the SEG s.r.o. company, the analysis and the assessment of its controlling activities and the proposal of how to improve the current situation. |
